Flanges

Stainalloy carries a range premium quality flanges, including Duplex F51 UNS S31803 / S32205 & Super Duplex F53 UNS S32750 / F55 UNS S32760, all produced by leading European mills that are NORSOK M650 approved.

Our clients have access to a unique stock position of weld neck flanges, blind flanges and slip on flanges. The stock program of Stainalloy includes sizes starting from ½” OD up to 48” OD in all possible pressure classes. The flanges that Stainalloy supplies to the market are designed in accordance with ASME B16.5, ASME B16.47, or API 6A.

Quality assurance is the cornerstone of Stainalloy operations and guides our daily operations worldwide. This driving force is also reflected in the Stainalloy testing requirements for flanges, which far exceed any international standard, such as for instance the ASTM A182, Norsok M630 D44 & D54 of Shell MESC SPE 76-212.

All incoming flanges are subjected to our in-house testing & dimensional control program that includes chemical analysis, hardness measurement, ultrasonic examination and liquid dye penetrant testing. We have a range of flanges made from premium quality materials including duplex, super duplex and 6% moly.

Our flanges are also designed in standardised dimensions to ensure good functionality and inter-changeability within their classes.
