Our team compiles complete Vendor Data Books, including full factory documentation, traceability, test records, and certificates. All ready for client handover.

Proactive Control and Full-Scope QA/QC
Built on proactive expediting and complete quality assurance.
Every critical material and supplier is closely monitored, production progress is reviewed weekly, and on-site inspections are intensified whenever necessary.
We maintain strong working relationships with key mills and provide our teams with direct access to manufacturing sites for expediting and verification.
Quality control is embedded throughout the process.
All products undergo comprehensive testing, including:
- 100% visual and dimensional inspection
- 100% certificate verification
- Positive Material Identification (PMI)
- Ferrite, LDP, and other non-destructive testing
- Chemical and mechanical analyses
Our in-house warehouse acts as an extension of project control. It manages inspections, identification and marking, cutting, packing, and container securing under direct supervision.
Third-party inspections and 3.2 upgrade testing are fully coordinated to guarantee compliance with international standards and client specifications.
Engineering Verification and Predictable Delivery
We can verify any engineered product for structural integrity and fatigue according to applicable design codes.
Our engineering and QA/QC teams work together to ensure that every delivery is technically sound, fully traceable, and ready for installation.
