Nickel Alloy 825

UNS N08825

Corrosion-Resistant Performance for Aggressive Environments

Nickel Alloy 825 is a non-magnetic, nickel-based alloy containing chromium, molybdenum and copper. It is designed for use in highly corrosive environments where resistance to acids and stress corrosion cracking is critical.

The alloy performs reliably under severe operating conditions, offering good mechanical properties from cryogenic temperatures up to approximately 540 °C (1000 °F). It is particularly suitable for applications exposed to reducing and oxidising acids, as well as aggressive process media.
